Power & Performance
The Chevrolet Camaro Convertible is fitted with an immensely formidable 6.2 litre petrol engine, available with either 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission with manual mode. Whilst marginally less powerful than the Coupé’s V8 engine, with the top down and the wind rushing through your hair, you’ll barely notice the 0.2 second difference in acceleration from 0-60mph.
The 6-speed manual option is capable of 423 PS with torque standing at 569Nm at 4600rpm. The 6-speed automatic option with manual mode offers infinitesimally less power at 405PS with 556nm torque at 4300rpm; yet the Active Fuel Management System affords you with superior levels of fuel efficiency.
