Power & Performance
Whether you’re facing demanding off-road conditions or the school run, the Skoda Yeti has been engineered to be robust, reliable and versatile. To that end, its engine range has been refined to deliver an optimal balance between dependable power and admirable efficiency.
Available with either front-wheel or 4x4 drive, the engine choices vary depending on the chosen configuration. Choose front-wheel drive and you have a choice of two petrol and two diesel engines. In terms of turbocharged petrol, there’s a 1.2 litre or a 1.4 litre option, delivering between 105 and 122PS. The common rail diesel options, on the other hand, deliver between 105 and 110PS and range in size between 1.6 and 2.0 litres.
Should you wish for 4x4 drive, though, you have a choice of two turbocharged petrol and three common rail diesel engines. The 1.8 litre TSI engines can deliver between 152 and 160PS, whilst the 2.0 litre diesel engines can deliver between 110 and 170PS.
Transmission is available as 6-speed manual or as an automatic 7-speed Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) with Tiptronic gear changing.

With its imposing design, its higher ride height and its off-road button, the Skoda Yeti can tame and dominate even the most demanding of conditions. Yet with such features as Park Assist, it’s also highly adaptable to urban environments.

The cabin is light, spacious and airy, whilst all three rear seats can be reclined. They can even be removed, should you want to boost the already substantial 416 litres of storage space to up to 1,760 litres.
