The diesel selection ranges from the four-cylinder 1.6 litre turbo C30 D2 115PS to the five-cylinder 2.0 litre high performance turbodiesel C30 D4 177PS. For those who wish to cut their fuel consumption and emissions, there’s also the C30 D2 Start/Stop 115hp. With brake energy charging, a gear shift indicator and a maintenance-free particle filter, this is an extremely efficient that emits as little as 94g/km CO2.
But for those who really want to enjoy a high-performance sporty ride, there’s the five-cylinder 2.5 litre turbocharged petrol C30 T5 230PS. It manages to produce 320Nm from just 1500 revs and is capable of achieving 0-60mph in 6.2 seconds, with a top speed of 149mph.
Transmission options vary depending on the engine configuration, but is available in five or six-speed manual or five or six-speed Geartronic automatic.
