Volvo fans meet up in Gothenburg for this years VROM
Every year since 1987 Volvo fans have met up on the west coast of Sweden at Gothenburg for the annual meeting. VROM, or Volvo Rendezvous for Owners and Members, is a three day event for all things Volvo.
A veteran Volvo rally that takes in the islands of Tjorn and Orust has already got 120 participants signed up. Other events include the Volvo museum where more vintage cars will be found and a massive spare parts market.
It takes place this weekend from the 8th to the 10th of August and is going to be a big hit.
The models so far registered to attend are the PV56, PV444, PV 544, Duett, Amazon (pictured), 142, 144, 145, 240/245, 242 Turbo, 245 Turbo, 262C, 780, 760, 1800S, 1800ES, 855 T-5R, 945, S70/V70, S90/V90, and the Indigo 3000. Cars will be coming from Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Lithuania, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland
