Vehicle Finance

As well as competitive funding we understand that fleet managers have to decide whether to lease or purchase their company vehicles which is why we offer a free Deloitte financial fleet assessment to all our fleet car leasing customers. By utilising the expertise of Deloitte, we can advise on all financial aspects from outright purchase or lease hire, cash or cash alternative, and incorporate every tax cost or relief available. We can look at your existing business car lease scheme and give a detailed analysis of a new one.

Vehicle Management

We aim to ensure the management of your fleet is as easy is possible and your drivers are always looked after from delivery, servicing, AA recovery and accident management. Our 24 hour 7 days a week driver helpline covers:

• Accident management
• Service booking, MOT and foreign travel
• Tyre assistance
• Glass replacement
• Daily hire

Outsourced Fleet Administration

Managing your fleet can be time consuming which is why we offer a fleet management outsource facility which can include some or all of the services below.

• Service booking
• Replacement notification to drivers
• Driver vehicle ordering including vehicle request forms and car choice lists
• Direct driver contact including bespoke helplines, pool car management, Rfl/Mot/P11d management and vehicle mileage updates.

Vehicle Disposal

All disposals are made in accordance with BVRLA guidelines on fair wear and tear so there are no hidden charges at the end on the contract. We also offer the opportunity for drivers (with the exception of company directors) to purchase their vehicles at the end of the contract at 105% of Cap Clean which offers a significant saving over retail prices.
