VW MK5 Golf 1.9 TDI Match

I was very nervious about perchasing my golf, as a GM employee I have a 18% discount on most models and had a Astra 1.6 sxi Sports hatch, however my wife has a bad knee and found it hard getting in and out of the Astra as the passenger seat has no hieght adjustment so we had a look around, and the Vauxhalls we looked at we did not like so on the off chance we called in at our local VW dealer, we could not believe the quality much better than the Astra so we sat down and had a chat with a sales person and 2 weeks later took delivery of a rather nice Golf. Ive had it a week now and its great the perfect car for us we have no kids so its just right for the two of us the ride is lovely and smooth and the 1.9 TDI engine is more than enough and can accelerate to 60 in 11 seconds so its no slouch, the interior is well layed out and feels more like a MPV than a hatchback and the driving position is brilliant, the only thing i miss about my Astra is the DAB Radio. I highly recomend the Golf and I am sure I have made the right choice as the car is solid and will last for years.
