Leasing Sales Consultant

Nationwide Vehicle Contracts is recruiting a New Business Sales Leasing Sales Consultant to join our successful and well established team.

All candidates must have proven broker experience within the Contract Hire and Leasing, Car Dealership or Brokerage market. You will need to be organised and be able to work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities will include handling large volumes of inbound calls and enquiries generated through our busy website. The role is based in our brand-new office in Didsbury, Manchester and is not for the "faint hearted" due the high volume of vehicles we order.You will need to be organised and be able to work on your own initiative.

The position is office / telephoned based but experience in a face-to-face sales position would be an advantage.

In return, we offer a good basic salary with generous commission structure and company car allowance after a qualifying period.

Fleet Administrator

Nationwide Vehicle Contracts is recruiting a Fleet Administrator to join our successful and well established team.

Working in our busy vehicle administration department, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume dealership or finance company.

Responsibilities will include ordering and progressing new vehicle orders, generating and posting out contracts and arranging deliveries to our end users.

The position is not for the faint hearted due to the high volume of vehicles we order. You will be expected to be self-motivated and work as part of a team.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with people in person/on the phone or in writing
  • Gathering, recording and/or reporting of information
  • Experience of handling client issues and enquiries
  • Completion of mail duties
  • Experience in filing and updating records
  • IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to manage yourself and working with others

Customer Services Advisor

Working in our busy Customer Services department, the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service or after-sales support role. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, processing orders with dealers, chasing suppliers for order updates and arranging vehicle collections on behalf of our funders.

You will be expected to be self-motivated and work as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner are essential.

  • Gathering, recording and/or reporting of information
  • Experience of front line customer service, handling a wide range of enquires
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

  • Ability to manage yourself and working with others

Sales Support Administrator

Assisting our busy sales team, the Sales Support Administrator role involves submitting customer finance proposals, ordering vehicles from dealers, checking customer orders, handling customer queries, updating electronic databases and dealing with general administration duties.

Excellent communication skills, computer literacy and strong attention to detail are essential to the role. The ideal candidate must also be able to effectively organise one’s own work due to the high volume of vehicles we order. 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with people in person/on the phone or in writing
  • Good knowledge of sales procedures and merchant services
  • Experience of handling client issues and enquiries
  • High-quality customer care to ensure customers, dealers and finance partners are satisfied with the service they receive
  • IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to manage yourself and working with others
