Leasing Sales Consultant - Renewals Department

Nationwide Vehicle Contracts is recruiting a Leasing Sales Consultant to join our successful and well established team.

Working in our busy renewals department, the successful candidate will be expected to convert pre-qualified leads and generate opportunity from our existing database.

Due to the large volumes of inbound calls and enquiries generated via our busy website, this position is not for the "faint hearted". You will need to be organised and be able to work on your own initiative.

All candidates must have proven broker experience within the Contract Hire and Leasing, Car Dealership or Brokerage market and be fully conversant in all aspects of car/LCV product.

The position is office / telephoned based but experience in a face-to-face sales position would be an advantage.

In return, we offer a good basic salary with generous commission structure and company car allowance after a qualifying period.

Sales Support Administrator

Assisting our busy sales team, the Sales Support Administrator role involves submitting customer finance proposals, ordering vehicles from dealers, checking customer orders, handling customer queries and dealing with general administration duties.

When required, the successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting our vehicle administration department, helping to chase documentation, update electronic databases and post out contracts to our end users.

Excellent communication skills, computer literacy and a strong attention to detail are essential to the role. The ideal candidate must also be able to effectively organise one’s own work due to the high volume of vehicles we order.

  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with people in person/on the phone or in writing
  • Good knowledge of sales procedures and merchant services

Fleet Administrator

Nationwide Vehicle Contracts is recruiting a Fleet Administrator to join our successful and well established team.

Working in our busy vehicle administration department, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume dealership or finance company.

Responsibilities will include ordering and progressing new vehicle orders, generating and posting out contracts and arranging deliveries to our end users.

The position is not for the faint hearted due to the high volume of vehicles we order. You will be expected to be self-motivated and work as part of a team.

  • Gathering, recording and/or reporting of information
  • Experience of handling client issues and enquiries
  • Completion of mail duties
  • Experience in filing and updating records

Pricing Analyst - 12 Month Placement

Working within our busy pricing department, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and developing pricing strategies to meet competitive opportunities, liaising with external partners in order to secure strong offers for our website and providing statistical analysis of sales enquiries/conversion rates.

Strong analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail and self motivation are essential to this role. Computer literacy and a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel are fundamental as the role involves working with spreadsheets, complex intranet systems and other software programmes including Microsoft Word and Photoshop.

The role is suited to a recent university graduate with an honours Degree (2:1 or above) ideally in a Maths or Business related subject. The position is based in our brand-new office in Didsbury, Manchester and is a 12 month placement.
