You can pay online or over the phone on 0844 482 9595. We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. Please note that any payments made by credit card are subject to a 1.95% processing fee (telephone orders only). You can also pay online with PayPoint.
All our car accessories are sent direct to the customer from our authorised supplier. For details about estimated delivery times, please click here.
FAULTY GOODS: Faulty goods can be returned for full credit inside a 30 day period from date of invoice (proof of sale may be required). Products must be returned complete and in the same condition as when sold, including any packaging and parts. Any products received incomplete and damaged will be credited minus a handling charge at the supplier’s discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all products should be returned to us directly; so it is also important you check which address to send your return to. Full details about customer returns including the returns postal address will be sent with the product.
If a product becomes faulty outside of a 30 day period, the customer will be required to contact the Manufacturer directly, or an authorised repair agent.
DAMAGED GOODS: If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being ’DAMAGED’
If the number of parcels do not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as ’SHORT DELIVERY’
It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the number of packages has been signed for.
All carrier related damages and discrepancies must be reported direct to the supplier within 2 working days. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.
PLEASE NOTE: We accept No liability for any other costs what so ever that may arise as a result of purchasing, using or fitting products we have supplied. You should satisfy yourself that you or a competent person has fitted or attached the product correctly in accordance with the manufactures instructions (if supplied). All the items we supply are sold on the basis of a DIY fit. Furthermore we accept no liability for any damage/s or additional costs that may occur as a result of using any of our products.
All of our products have a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. The tailored car mats have a warranty of 3 years of 60,000 miles, fair wear and tear.
For missing or delayed items, please note that we will need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. Please report any missing or delayed items by calling us on 0844 482 9595.
We can deliver to another address but we must have the cardholders address entered through the payment system. An alternative delivery address can be entered at the checkout stages.

All our car accessories are sent direct to the customer from our authorised supplier. Delivery times and postage costs are dependant upon the item ordered.
The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only and Nationwide Vehicle Contracts are not responsible if this varies.
If goods are returned to Nationwide Vehicle Contracts because of a failed delivery for any reasons, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.
In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.

Although 1st Class Delivery can take between 1-3 working days from the dispatch date, please be aware that delays on this service can result in orders taking up to 15 days to arrive.

You will be notified by e-mail when your order is despatched, this e-mail will include your order consignment number and carrier contact details. Please note we can not be held responsible for any orders delayed in the carrier service as this is simply beyond our control. All orders need to be signed for and cannot be left without a signature.

If you need to return an item, please call or email us first to ensure it is possible to do so, and so we can put a note on your account you are doing so. Not all products should be returned to us directly; so it is also important you check which address to send your return to.
In most cases, we are happy to take returns within 7 working days of purchase as long as they are ’as new’ with all original parts and packaging etc. Please be aware the return postage shall be at your expense, and we recommend you use a method of postage that offers you proof of delivery. Goods will be refunded within 30 days.
In accordance with distant selling regulations, there are some products that we are unable to except for return (be it refund or exchange) including special order and made to order products.
For products that require onsite installation, our authorised fitter will fit the product at the customer’s home or workplace. Please note, our engineers are not insured to work in National Car Parks (NCP) and it is not our responsibility to pay for any other type of metered parking. For Health and Safety reasons and for the protection of your vehicle, work cannot be carried out on busy main roads and dual carriageways.
Nationwide Vehicle Contracts will endeavor to try and arrange a fitting date to suit the customer but some dates/times may not be available. Please call us on 0844 482 9595 to discuss fitting/delivery dates.
