Why Lease The Captur?

Renault’s latest addition to their line up is also their first venture into the popular Crossover market. The Captur combines a distinctive style package with excellent levels of comfort and functionality.

The Renault Captur boasts supermini dimensions with the interior spaciousness of a larger MPV. Benefits of this include a high driving position and impressive practicality, with little compromise on superb manoeuvrability and nippy driving dynamics.

With more and more vehicles coming to the market, the need for differentiation has never been so important. Renault have made available a huge range of two tone paint colours on the Captur, meaning that there is something to suit every personality. Opportunity to customise extends to the Captur’s interior, where a huge range of technology is available to choose from.

The Captur is available with a choice between a five speed manual gear box or an automatic transmission.

Renault Captur: Key Features

•    Quirky style package with plenty of customisation opportunities;
•    Range of efficient petrol and diesel engines available;
•    Crossover functionality, supermini dimensions;
•    Dynamic driving qualities.

Power & Performance

The Renault Captur is available with a choice of diesel or petrol engines, all of which combine impressive performance credentials with outstanding efficiency.

The petrol line up consists of a 0.9 litre and a 1.2 litre engine. Whichever you choose, you are guaranteed responsive acceleration, respectable running costs and minimal environmental impact. Something really special, however, is the 1.5 litre diesel unit. This engine contributes to fuel consumption figures of up to 76.4 MPG and emissions as low as 96 g/km...

Derived from the New Clio platform, the Renault Captur offers up a dynamic drive every time. It is the perfect all rounder; easy to drive around town whilst holding its own up the fast lane.

Leasing vs Buying

Leasing a brand new car holds many advantages over buying one. These include: fixed monthly instalments; flexible contract terms and a low initial deposit. Nationwide Vehicle Contracts offer a huge range of vehicles to lease at competitive rates, and most of these come with inclusive road tax and breakdown recovery.

Very tinny, rough through the gears, handling not very good at all, would not have a Renault Catpur again.

Good amount of "kit" on this model for entry level spec. Slightly under-powered but otherwise perfect for our needs (mainly school drop offs and local journeys)

The one fault I find is that the windscreen washers and wipers. Washers are angled to low on the window so you struggle to get the washer water up the screen. The wipers on "auto" aren't very reliable, sometimes going mad when there's not much water on them or not fast enough when it's raining heavy
