Back in June we told you the first news about the highly-anticipated Alfa Romeo Giulia range, and now the Italian car manufacturer has revealed full details about the car's specifications as it joins Alfa Romeo's current range available to lease from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
So what is different about the new Alfa Romeo Giulia?
One thing that isn't is the fact that it is a true Alfa Romeo, complete distinctive Italian design, impeccable sense of proportions, technical architecture, sophisticated simplicity and quality surfaces inside and out.
So let's just say that the all new rear-wheel drive architecture, perfect weight distribution, best in class power-to-weight ratios, and innovative engine and driver technologies, are just a few of the new features that we can look out for and enjoy.
The all-new Alfa Romeo Giulia model UK range comes in 13 different colour options, five trim levels – The Giulia, Super, Tecnica, Speciale and the range topping Quadrifoglio – and four engine variants (two petrol and two diesel), all with a new eight-speed automatic transmission as standard.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia trim level
Even from the start, the all-new car features a comprehensive standard specification that includes enough active safety systems to get the all-new Alfa Romeo Giulia a prestigious Five Star Euro NCAP rating, with 98% protection result for adult occupants; "the highest score ever achieved by a car, despite the more severe Euro NCAP evaluation system introduced in 2015."
So what have we got included in the standard specifications from the initial Giulia trim, available only with the 200hp 2.0 litre turbo engine?:

The Alfa Romeo Giulia Super trim level is available with a 200hp 2.0-litre turbo petrol, and 150hp 2.2 JTDM-2 or 180hp 2.2 JTDM-2 turbo diesel engines, and adds in:

8.8" 3D navigation with 7" TFT display
Leather and cloth seat trims in three colour options.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia Tecnica has been especially designed for the business user, and with this in mind, expands the Super trim with:
Power seats,
Climate pack - cooled glove box, rear air vents and air quality system
Privacy glas
Front and rear parking sensors
Rear view camera with dynamic gridlines.
The Giulia Tecnica engine range features the 2.2 litre Turbo diesel with 150hp or 180hp.
For the sportier driver, Alfa Romeo have introduced the Giulia Speciale trim, fitted with the 2.2 JTDM-2 180hp diesel engine, that features such additions as:

The Giulia Quadrifoglio trim level is powered by a new 510hp, 600Nm Bi-Turbo V6 petrol engine, with an eight-speed paddle shift automatic transmission as standard.
