Tying yourself in with a brand as good and as well-known and trendy as The Ministry of Sound would be a good idea for anyone, so for Nissan to manufacture a limited-edition number of MOS-badged Jukes for the UK is pretty much up there with one of the finest coups you can do – and there are only 250 to buy in the UK.

Got that? 250! Get ordering now to be the cream of the crop.

Because not only will you be driving around in a car that’s synonymous with some of the finest dance music that this country has heard in the past God-knows how many years, but in a car that can be spec’d however you want when it comes to engines and transmissions (in the Juke range.)

If that’s not enough for you, then have a listen to this (with a background soundtrack of a Ministry of Sound CD or download if you will):

Looking just like the famous Ministry of Sound black and white logo, the limited edition Juke will only be available in two colours - Metallic Black or Solid White.

All models have standard 17-inch white alloy wheels, white door handles and white mirror caps.

And to finish off a look that will turn heads in the street and in all likelihood increase the number of people walking into lampposts, the B-pillar is in high-gloss black with a unique Ministry of Sound badge completing the external design package.

Then, when you get inside, there is not only a music package to top all music packages, but a white centre console, white door trims and white stitching on the leather seats, steering wheel and gear gaiter. There is even an iPod cradle.

And what does this music pack contain? Here’s the Nissan blurb that describes it better than I can:

“All Juke with Ministry of Sound buyers will also receive an exclusive Music Pack designed to enhance their enjoyment of the car. The pack includes a white 8GB Apple iPod touch*, pre-loaded with Nissan and Ministry of Sound video and photo content, and engraved on the rear with Nissan Juke and Ministry of Sound logos. An innovative self-healing iPod case that features Nissan’s Scratch Shield paint technology is also included. The Music Pack also contains a pair of Ministry of Sound headphones. Branded with exclusive Juke logos, they feature 50mm speaker drivers and aluminium cups for high quality playback.

Completing the pack is an activation code that allows customers exclusive VIP access to the Ministry of Sound music store.”

So, you know that you are going to look good, and you know that you are going to sound good – but what about the car itself?

As I said previously, you can order the car in whatever Juke engine and transmission you want - including a flagship 190PS 1.6-litre turbocharged DIG-T petrol and a 110PS 1.5-litre dCi diesel.

For the first time, a Juke includes a Stop/Start system for the 117PS 1.6-litre petrol engine version as an optional extra and reduces CO2 emissions from 139g/km to 136g/km, while decreasing urban fuel consumption by 7% from 36.7mpg to 39.2mpg.

If you are popping into the 2012 Moscow International Motor Show which is on from now until 9 September, you’ll be amongst the first to see the exclusive Juke with Ministry of Sound limited edition as it makes its official debut, but they are available to order now.

But if Moscow is a little out of the way for you, and at a little short notice, and you want to know where to see the model outside of that, and also the Juke Box – a specially converted pair of Jukes fitted with a sound system louder than a jumbo jet at take-off that transforms into a fully-functioning PA system, complete with DJ booth and lighting. – then visit www.facebook.com/ministryofsound.
