Making its British TV debut on Friday November 1, you can watch the new advert for the MG3 below.
Entitled “GO P3RSONAL”, the advert draws attention to the sheer range of customisation options available for the MG3 with an almost overwhelming onslaught of sound, colours and text. It's an effect that reminds me of the sort of collages that were all the range on album covers at the start of this millennium.
Take a look:
The new MG3 supermini claims to offer over one million – that's one million – personalisation options. Using an online configurator, you can experiment with all manner of colour options. Across the four trim levels, the choice is yours when it comes to wheel options, wing mirrors and decal kits for the roof, body and bonnet. In fact, there's so much to choose from that it's not really a stretch to say that no two MG3 models in the world might look alike.
In terms of standard features, the entry level MG3 3TIME trim includes a CD player with MP3 compatibility, LED daytime running lights, hill hold control and a sprightly VTi 106PS petrol engine.
High Style, Low Prices
The next step up is the MG3 3FORM, which in addition to the standard features, includes Bluetooth connectivity and Audio streaming, DAB radio and climate control. There's also the 3FORM SPORT model, which adds 16” Carousel Alloy Wheels and fetching side skirts to the mix.
At the top of the range, and coming in at the impressive budget price of £9,999, is the MG3 3STYLE model. This one features 16” Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels, reverse parking sensors, cruise control and automatic lights and windscreen wipers.
It cannot be denied that you get a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to the MG3. But you can make things even more cost-effective when you consider leasing as opposed to buying. When you lease from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, your fixed monthly payments incorporate road tax and breakdown recovery.
