The new generation Isuzu D-Max finally arrives in the UK this Spring with a range of single, extended and double cab variants available alongside the original D-Max line-up of Utility, Eiger, Yukon, Utah and Blade models.
The biggest changes to create the new generation D-Max have been made under the bonnet, although the model has had a complete overhaul. There is a brand new 1.9 litre turbo diesel engine, producing 164 PS and 360Nm of torque, enabling the new model to continue the workhorse character that the D-Max has (always will have), and to retain the 3.5 tonne towing capacity and 1 tonne payload. All this whilst not only meeting Euro 6 standards without the need for addition of AdBlue, but also providing a quieter, more refined and economical driving experience.
All D-Max models have Shift-On-The-Fly 4x4 as a key feature, the rotary dial allowing the driver to select four-wheel drive on the move as well as low range gears, while inside, a range of new touchscreen entertainment systems are available, equipped with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ as well as updated ergonomics and trim quality.
The entry-level Utility D-Max comes equipped with LED daytime running lights, Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control, Bluetooth® connectivity, power windows and air conditioning.
The Eiger double cab adds a reversing camera, 16-inch alloy wheels, body coloured bumpers, audio system with CD player and 6 speakers.
The Yukon adds 18-inch alloy wheels, silver side steps, new 7-inch multi-function touchscreen, LED rear lights, Cruise Control, rear load liner and a leather steering wheel.
The Utah adds in keyless entry with push button start, Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, satellite navigation, DAB digital radio, roof bars, leather upholstery with heated front seats, rear parking sensors, and automatic air conditioning.
And, at the top of the range, the Blade adds tinted windows, 9-inch multi-function touchscreen, remote locking lower tailgate, Blade puddle lamps, front and rear parking sensors, and a colour-coded Aeroklas canopy or sports bar with roller cover.
The new generation Isuzu D-Max will be revealed to the general public at the CV Show held at the NEC, Birmingham, from 25-27 April, and will be available to lease later in the year. To discuss your leasing options, contact one of our Customer Service Representatives now.
