With more than a passing nod to the home interior passions of the discerning consumer, smart have introduced the new smart fortwo BoConcept edition, produced in conjunction with ace Danish urban interior design specialist, BoConcept.
And that nod looks at all those things that you thought that you would only see on Grand Designs like matt surfaces, distinctive colours and bold material combinations, meaning the limited edition model will be joining some of the most-sought after properties on the must-have list.
Gary Savage, Managing Director, Mercedes-Benz Cars said: “It’s testament to the strength of the collaboration between smart and BoConcept that this new edition has evolved, as it provides a stylish mix of contemporary design and style for urban living.”
There is no doubting that the smart fortwo BoConcept is in with a shot of becoming a style icon all on its own without the help of the availability of two bodystyles (coupé and cabrio), highline multimedia and navigation system with 6.5-inch touch-screen, Bluetooth, iPod interface, CD/DVD player, air conditioning and electric windows all as standard.
And we should ask the question of this is the first ever car to influence a range of interior furnishings that could grace any home with smartness and style far beyond anything that you may have at the moment?
There are even accessories such as smartville tableware and special cushions that you can buy to remind you of your car; even a table clock that resembles the one in the cockpit of the smart fortwo BoConcept.
In fact, you will feel like you live in your car 24/7!
