Over the years, car manufacturers have crafted some classic campaigns that not only promote their vehicles but also capture the spirit of Christmas.

Mercedes-Benz - Snow Date (2016)
This heartfelt advert depicts a festive first date that's been made possible by Mercedes. A father, initially reluctant to take his son on a date due to the weather, sets off in their Mercedes. The car drives effortlessly through the adverse conditions and arrives at the date.
The cinema where they arrive is empty, and the boy thinks he's been stood up. As they turn to leave, another Mercedes arrives, and the girl gets out.
This advert is fantastic advertising, pulling on the viewer's heartstrings while reminding them of the capabilities of Mercedes cars.
Unfortunately, Mercedes has removed the ad from YouTube.
Audi - New Santa (2019)
Audi's 'New Santa' advert from 2019 takes a delightful spin on the traditional Santa Claus character that all children love. In the advert, Santa upgrades his sleigh to an Audi e-tron GT.
It stands out because of its humorous take but also reminds the viewer of Audi's commitment to innovation. Good job, Audi.
Volkswagen - The Tiguan with Trailer Assist (2018)
In this simple yet memorable advert, we see a fully illuminated sleigh stacked full of presents being reversed into a garage by a Tiguan. The advert shows the benefits of having trailer assist for your Tiguan while tapping into the Christmas theme.
Volkswagen kept it simple and got their message across in a very clever way which is what you want from an advert.
BMW - Happy Holidays from BMW (2021)
We love this one. The advert has Christoph Waltz arriving at BMW for a meeting, but instead, he gets invited to their Christmas party. While trying to escape the party, Waltz encounters some iconic BMW cars and a few familiar faces.
Of course, Waltz ends up in the party. After a brief stay, he finally seems happy when a BMW is there to take him home.
This advert has a real feel-good factor, showcasing BMW's positive attitude and ability to go all-out on showmanship. It also features Christoph Waltz, so what's not to like?
Land Rover - Go Beyond This Christmas (2015)
Land Rover hit the nail on the head regarding their target audience for this one. Following a family going above and beyond to reach an isolated house to sing a Christmas carol, the advert shows the capabilities of a Land Rover in winter.
