I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent vehicle lease. First, I want to emphasize that the customer service I received from Nationwide throughout the process was absolutely great. The team was helpful and professional, and based on this service, I would certainly choose to use Nationwide again in the future. However, I am quite disappointed with the vehicle itself. I was fully expecting to receive a new 2025 model, but unfortunately, I was given an older model instead. Since taking delivery, the car has presented several frustrating issues that I did not expect from a vehicle of this specification and age: I experience constant problems with the audio system and connecting my phone. Intermittent warning signs regularly pop up on the dashboard and then disappear. Because of these ongoing technical glitches, I would not choose to lease this specific car model again. For future leases, I would appreciate much greater clarity and transparency during the ordering process so that I can be completely sure the model year delivered matches my expectations. I wanted to make you aware of these issues so they can be looked into, and to request that my profile be noted for full model confirmation on my next order. Many thanks.
