Design, Practicality and Boot Space

The Audi Q8 e-tron Estate is a luxurious, sporty electric vehicle that combines a sleek, modern exterior with advanced technology and performance features. The design of the Q8 e-tron Estate features sharp, angular lines and a wide stance that give the vehicle a bold and aggressive look. The front grille is large and imposing and is flanked by narrow, piercing headlights that create a striking visual effect. The vehicle also features large wheels and prominent fender flares, adding to its muscular and athletic appearance.

Inside, the Q8 e-tron Estate is equally impressive, with a spacious and well-appointed cabin that is packed with the latest technology and comfort features with more than enough space in the back for a pair of six-foot passengers to get comfortable.

As for boot space, the Audi Q8 e-tron Estate offers 569 litres of room which is better than its alternatives, with the BMW iX offering 500 litres. There's also an additional 62 litres under the bonnet, which is useful for storing your charging cables and more luggage.

Interior and Trims

The interior of the Audi Q8 e-tron Estate is excellent as it's a spacious and comfortable cabin with high-quality materials and advanced technology features. The vehicle features a large touchscreen display in the centre of the dashboard, as well as a digital instrument cluster behind the steering wheel. The seats are upholstered in premium materials, and the overall design is focused on creating a comfortable and luxurious driving experience.

Four models available: Sport, S Line, Black Edition and Vorsprung

Entry-level Sport models come with 20-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery, heated front seats with electrical adjustment, two-zone climate control, Audi's Virtual Cockpit, and satellite navigation. There's also Adaptive air suspension and a long list of safety kits and driver aids.

S Line models add 21-inch alloy wheels, adaptive sport air suspension and more aggressive S line styling. It also adds sports seats in valcona leather, stainless steel pedals, and illuminated door sills with aluminium inserts.

Black Edition models come with 21-inch black alloy wheels, gloss black exterior features styling, black door mirrors, and black roof rails. It also has a three-spoke flat-bottomed steering wheel, and the inside inlays are mesh anthracite.

Top-of-the-range Vorsprung models come with 22-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic roof, powered door closure, adaptive windscreen wipers and Audi's virtual door mirrors. Also comes with four-zone climate control, additional leather upholstery, an uprated sound system and headlights which adapt their beam pattern depending on the road and steering angle.

Power and Performance

The Q8 e-tron 50 comes with dual motors and all-wheel drive as standard, along with an 89kWh battery pack. If you opt for the more powerful '55' version, you can get a 106kWh battery pack which can increase the range up to 330 miles, approximately 80 miles more than the pre-facelift e-tron's best. While it may not match the quickness of a Tesla Model X, the Q8 e-tron still offers plenty of performance.

Despite its weight of over 2.5 tonnes with a driver onboard, the Q8 e-tron handles bends quite well. The suspension system effectively reduces the amount of leaning during cornering, the wide tires provide ample grip, and the steering is sufficiently precise.

Overall, the Audi Q8 e-tron Estate is a powerful and versatile SUV, offering impressive performance and cutting-edge technology. It is likely to appeal to drivers who are looking for a high-end SUV that is also eco-friendly and efficient.
