The RS 5 Avant's plug-in hybrid powertrain combines a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 with a 130kW electric motor, producing a combined 639PS and 825Nm of torque. That's enough to reach 62mph in just 3.6 seconds. 

A boot function is also available, which delivers full power for 10 seconds on demand, while quattro all-wheel drive and a world-first electromechanical torque vectoring system keeps everything firmly planted.

Outside, the RS 5 Avant is unmistakably RS with flared wheel arches, a honeycomb Singleframe grille, and darkened Matrix LED headlights featuring a checkered-flag daytime running light signature.

Inside, sport seats with honeycomb quilting, massage and ventilation, and Fine Nappa leather throughout create a cabin that feels as premium as the performance suggests.
