Some performance cars ask you to leave practicality at the door. The Audi RS5 Avant doesn't. With a combined 639PS plug-in hybrid powertrain and a 0–62mph time of just 3.6 seconds, it matches the RS 5 Saloon for performance and adds an estate body with a 1,302-litre boot to the equation.
That performance comes from a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 working alongside a 130kW electric motor. You'll also get up to 52 miles of pure electric range, perfect for day-to-day journeys.
Inside, there's sport seats with massage and ventilation, a curved OLED display, and more than enough room in the boot for the weekly shop.

The RS5 Avant pairs a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 with a 130kW electric motor and a 25.9kWh battery. It can run on pure electric power for up to 52 miles.
The RS 5 Avant charges via AC at up to 11kW. Using a compatible 11kW three-phase charger, at home or at a public charging point, the battery can be fully charged in approximately 2.5 hours.
Both share the same 639PS plug-in hybrid powertrain and 3.6-second 0–62mph time. The key difference is body style, the Saloon offers a sleeker, coupé-inspired profile, while the Avant adds an estate body with a larger 1,302-litre boot, making it the more practical choice for family drivers.
