Choosing my vehicles was easy and selecting the term length and initial payment was straightforward.

My sales advisor Sam Curzon was fantastic. From our initial call explaining the process to the delivery, everything went smoothly.

However, there were a few hiccups with the vehicle I chose.

Firstly, it was already assigned to someone else, causing a delay of about a week. This wasn’t resolved until I actually called to enquire.

Secondly, a second vehicle I was allocated had a recall, which further delayed delivery by about three days.

Apart from these issues, the process was generally smooth. I would suggest that a bit more communication could improve the experience.

Jonathan BMW 4 Series Coupe 420i M Sport Step Auto (Pro Pack)

Overall excellent, it is let down by the in car computre to be reminding of basis instructions time and again. Continually having to log into my driver profile becuase it forgets to recognise keys or my phone (a small issue but really annoying) on a random basis. The BMW satnav is poor compared to free to download apps such as waze, last month it guided me down a tram lane in the centre of Birmingham, putting me at risk and cost (the same as everyone else who drove BMW's to the conference). In all other aspects it is a great car.

David BMW 4 Series Coupe 420i M Sport Step Auto (Pro Pack)

When you buy a 2 door coupe, it's not for practicality, that said, it is large enough to carry 4 people and has a decent boot space. The ride is a little harsh, although it's what you would expect from a sport model. Overall very happy with car, especially the drive and handling.
