Power & Performance
When selecting your BMW X1, it is possible to choose between two-wheel drive (sDrive) and four-wheel drive (xDrive)... Perhaps most impressive though, is the range of economical diesel engines available. Combining efficient performance with low carbon emissions, all units in the X1 are as friendly to the environment as they are to your pocket.
Despite its labelling as an SUV, the BMW X1 handles very much like a smaller saloon or estate. It is extremely agile and well weighted steering means that you won’t feel unstable when faced with twisting roads or challenging terrain. It is at home in built nipping around urban areas as it is cruising at motorway speeds.
