I was sold this vehicle with a lot of additional kit that wasn’t on the vehicle such as wireless charging and a Harmon Kardon stereo. It didn’t come with either and no one informed me of that so it wasn’t until I took delivery I realized that they were missing. I was then promised a refund of my admin fee and that never happened either. I will never be satisfied with the car as a result of how it was mis-sold. Having been with Nationwide for over 10 years and about 5 cars now I certainly won’t be using you again. I’m so disgusted with your lack of customer service after my loyalty
