The car itself is lovely to drive but I have had a lot of electronic faults such as air bag light showing fault (3times) and the very temperamental infotainment system that seems to crash on a regular occurrence.

I do like the Cupra Formentor, I used to have a 2023 Mercedes A Class, the gadgets are pretty much the same, heated seats, electric adjustable seats etc. The road noise is quite loud. The drivers seat material has stretched where I sit, I might raise this as a concern when the service is next due. Good value for money averages 42mpg. Wont lease this car again, nothing against the car. I just like to drive different cars.

I love the Cupra, if it has an Achilles heal it is the complete dependency on the screen to manage all vehicle settings (e.g. heating and AC) heating has slider controls but are not illuminated (useless at night) this screen dependancy in some circumstances feels borderline dangerous
