Didn’t want the fiesta. Did want the focus St line but kept putting back and back with no build date. So had to settle for the fiesta Ok car but want the bigger car with having a new granddaughter and trying to get a buggy in the boot and shopping doesn’t work. Ok car for nipping around in but wasn’t our first choice.

I would've preferred the original vehicle that I wanted to order to begin with. The Focus is much nicer

one gripe with this lease would be the driver door vibration issues when playing music at medium to high volume. we decided to upgrade to the B&O stereo with extra speakers, as you can imagine we are grossly disappointed to encounter low frequency vibrations/rattling from the drivers door, its like the car lacks build quality to deal with the audio system upgrade. we addressed this issue with our local ford dealership only to be told that vibrations should be expected and to consider playing music at reduced volume! the vibrations are still present at most volumes, of course less so when listening at average volume. its clearly an issue with the door construction, perhaps simply a case of tightening things up or adding a little more dampening material. but its a lease car so that's something I'm not prepared to do. I would have liked my local dealership to have been more forthcoming with a solution to this issue, the lack of ownership over this problem will certainly factor into my decision when it comes to deciding on future models to lease.

Other than the car been filthy on delivery, I had to have it validated straight away, which spoilt the moment of getting a new car , otherwise it’s been a pleasure to drive

After half an hour of running, the gear stick becomes really stiff and it is dangerous to run the car. Took it to a Ford specialist in Cleckheaton who charged me £175 for things like a bacterial cleanse but said that they couldn’t find the fault as it is not cost effective for them to run the car to find a despite having it all day Friday and Saturday. So I spent £175 for no real reason. This fault occurs 100% of the time. The Ford specialist should provide the best service for your car but seemed unable to help. I am really worried about this fault but there appears to be nothing I can do.
