Love this nippy little car. Comfort and practicality all in one. The boot is AMAZING. We have been on holiday with the dog to Cornwall taking everything but the kitchen sink and fitted it all in with ease. Absolutely love it.

I love this vehicle - is there any possibility of being able to purchase at the end of the lease, before it goes to auction? I would definitely consider purchasing.

No power in the engine when trying to move on a hill. Very difficult to judge distance from curb and width of car due to height.

Due to health issues I was not able to drive the car much until a few months ago. I have had "low 12vbattery warnings" on my dashboard every day or two if I haven't driven it. I reported it to yourselves but as I didn't have the service package I was understandably referred to my local ford garage for them to look at it under warrenty. They were totally unhelpful and said the issue has been caused because I have only driven about 3000 miles in the first year and that there wasn't much they would do. They advised me to purchase a trickle battery charger and to use that a couple of times a week. Firstly you shouldn't have to be doing that on a new car and secondly, it didn't work anyway as a day and a half later after charging the battery using the charger for 48 hours in total, the same warning light came on again. I drove nearly 600 miles in five days a few weeks ago yet once again the day or so after, the warning was back. To cap it all, on Monday this week I was going on holiday and when I went to start the car it was completely Dead, no warning this time, just a completely flat battery yet once again in the preceeding few days, it had been driven at least 140 miles. All of this is no slight on yourselves but more on my local Ford dealership but you did ask for any comments about my experiences so far!!

I don’t dislike anything about the vehicle…it’s been a really enjoyable experience so far…it drives really well…has plenty of space inside…well specced…the only reason I wouldn’t lease the vehicle again is I’d like to try something else.
