Yes bearing in mind that I had got a high value marque car I would have thought that NW should have explained to me how I get hold of the Mercedes Me app. I downloaded the app, but could not get the vehicle assigned to me on arrival & I understand I may have to go to a Mercedes dealer with a V5 to show I am the registered keeper with my car and Driving licence. I really felt it is an incredible lack of attention to detail when supplying anyone let alone a Managing Director with a car - if I had a blow out leaving Timberlink I would not have known and still do not know who are the LEX authorised tyre dealers. Action This day please to sort this and get me a V5 if that is really necessary!

Anthony Honda CR-V 2.0 i-MMD Hybrid EX 5dr eCVT

The car is labelled as having all wheel drive but its capability just on wet grass is poor. I leased the car to access my rear garden but the car only just gets inside the gates before sliding. The steering is extremely light, it is far too light on motorways where a small movement can send you into another lane; I would say the light steering is dangerous. The engine even under minor acceleration is very noisy making the car unpleasant to drive. I would change the car for another lease car from Nationwide given the opportunity for a more capable vehicle without incurring any penalties.

Yes, the CR-V is longer than the RAV-4. While both cars are very spacious, the CR-V pips the RAV-4 by around 100mm in length and 10mm in width. 

The CR-V is available as a full hybrid or a plug-in hybrid. The full hybrid returns a driving range of 596 miles on a full tank and has a fuel economy of around 42mpg. 

The plug-in hybrid returns a range of 50 miles in electric mode and has ultra-low emissions from 19gm/km of C02.
