Love the vehicle. Really unhappy with 1. The state of the car on delivery (dirty & no fuel). 2. The "Maintenance package" had no choice in company. They take weeks to respond, refuse to cover hardly anything. 4. Kia garages are a TOTAL RIP OFF. Even though you pay for the car & Maintenance package, the kia garage love nothing more than to give you a bill after every visit for "diagnostic tests". Complete & total scam. Nationwide give no options for alternative Maintenance packages & don't card once you've bought it. Really bad service

I like the KIA Sprtage. A bit heavy on the petrol, but overall a really good vehicle

Lacks power, but I knew the engine would probably mean it had less power than I was used to.

We weren’t provided with mats which in my opinion should be included to keep the car immaculate

Petrol car yet needed a manual regen by garage with only 3200 miles on clock. Prior to this I wasted 120 miles of petrol following advice going up and down motorway which did not trigger auto regen. Time wasted also attending garage appt. My driving patterns have not changed and never had this with previousl vehicle which was diesel. Disappointed.
