Lepas is a new electrified car brand from Chery, the Chinese automotive group also behind Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery UK. Designed specifically for European drivers, Lepas takes its name from a blend of 'leopard', 'leap' and 'passion'. The brand is aimed at drivers who want a premium-feeling SUV with modern technology, without paying premium-brand prices.
Lepas L8
The Lepas L8 is the flagship model and the first to arrive in the UK. The large five-seat plug-in hybrid SUV offers genuine rear legroom, making it well-suited to families and longer journeys. With 56 miles of pure electric range, 745 miles combined and CO2 emissions of just 21g/km, it qualifies for free ULEZ driving in London.
Lepas L6
The Lepas L6 is a mid-size SUV set to follow the L8 to the UK. Aimed at drivers who want a slightly more compact option without sacrificing space or technology. At launch, it will be available with plug-in-hybrid and fully electric powertrains.
Lepas L4
The Lepas L4 is the smallest model in the range, a compact crossover SUV. Ideal for city driving and those who want an electrified option at a lower price point. At launch, it will be available with plug-in-hybrid and fully electric powertrains.
