Two battery options are available for the 6e. The standard 68.8kWh model delivers 299 miles of range and 0-62mph in 7.6 seconds. Want more range? The 80kWh long-range version stretches to 345 miles, making longer trips more of an option.

The 6e looks like nothing else on the road. The coupe-inspired roofline, frameless doors, and active rear spoiler give it a presence that turns heads. The centrepiece is a 14.6-inch touchscreen with a smartphone-like feel, supported by gesture control, voice recognition, and an augmented reality head-up display. A 14-speaker Sony audio system, individual climate zones, and a rear passenger touchscreen round out a tech package that's easy to use and hard to fault.

It's available in two trims: Takumi and Takumi Plus.
