Although this time around things didn't go to plan, with a new vehicle breaking down on its first delivery date, having to cancel a collection and then rebook the whole thing, to incur charges for the privilege. I will say I have been promised that these charges will be covered and that is thanks to Jay, only time will tell if the companies you deal with are true to their word. Apart from all that I am happy with my choice of car and overall happy to still deal with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.

Everything from start to finish worked really well, I was kept up to date with everything going on and have the option of logging in and seeing what progress is being made, I did have a bit of a tough time with the final portal for the documents and paying the deposit but that was about it.
