I love the sleek look of the vehicle and the smooth and easy way the roof opens/closes.It took me a while to get used to the gear stick being located on the steering wheel, but it’s ok now. The parking aids are very useful and clear. I have to say, however, that the manual is totally incomprehensible! It’s easier to just work out for yourself how things work

Several features are not up to the overall spec of the car e.g. hand levers to forward or reverse seats, variable radio quality. Overall a fantastic and fun car to drive

I opted for the Mercedes C Class cabriolet as my first choice of an Audi s3 was a 26 week wait. Not waiting that long. Had seen a few reviews on YouTube and was quite impressed. Tried it out in York and was hooked. It is obviously not as practical as a saloon or estate but is just fine for a day out or weekend away. To date it is by far the best car I have had. Fun, fast, stylish and in black looks a beast. Thanks Nationwide Vehicle Contracts for a great car

I love this car! The only disappointment is the fact that it does not have the auto headlights otherwise it is a dream car

Lovely car. I have enjoyed it when the weather is good. The liquid that goes in next to the diesel keeps running out. Tyre pressure keeps going down. I get a fine from you if I get a parking ticket. I don't really understand that.

The car is lovely what i find difficult to deal with is the Mercedes Brand the dealerships behave in the way Mercedes has prescribed for them. So as a customer i have to follow a behaviour deemed to provide me with good service only it doesn't it leaves me feeling frustrated with the system good service comes from satisfying the customer needs not behaving how the marketing department in Germany perceives how "the customer will love this" behaviour i don't Only the Car keeps me happy not hte network not the service
