I appreciate the work put in by Nationwide - the issue I had at first was having my delivery date continuously pushed back, I understand it is at the hands of the dealership, but maybe Nationwide could push for some more realistic timeframes on popular vehicles. I would have been fine waiting the additional time, but I had been told end of the week for several weeks in a row which meant I could not plan or arrange alternative transport for work.

Car was delivered on time. Delivery guy was helpful but could not explain any of the features on the car. Also I realised the next morning when i took the car out for a drive that the front driver tyre was flat!! Transpires it’s a faulty valve on the car. So in the process of getting this looked at but not a very good first impression - i am not happy about that!

I've experienced ongoing issues with the infotainment system. The telephone part of this is not working correctly, despite the MG garage replacing the aerial.The infotainment system also reboots and/or sticks when driving, which can be dangerous. I'm awaiting further contact from the garage as to next steps to fix the infotainment system, as they believe it is a technical default and are awaiting guidance from MG. The nearest garage is an hour away from me and it has been very difficult to get calls answered/ returned and to get the car booked in for repair.
