Choosing my vehicles was easy and selecting the term length and initial payment was straightforward.

My sales advisor Sam Curzon was fantastic. From our initial call explaining the process to the delivery, everything went smoothly.

However, there were a few hiccups with the vehicle I chose.

Firstly, it was already assigned to someone else, causing a delay of about a week. This wasn’t resolved until I actually called to enquire.

Secondly, a second vehicle I was allocated had a recall, which further delayed delivery by about three days.

Apart from these issues, the process was generally smooth. I would suggest that a bit more communication could improve the experience.

Diane Nissan Juke 1.0 DiG-T N-Sport *Free Metallic Paint*

This Nissan Juke is simply not as nice as my last one. It has all the bells and whistles but navigating where everything is has been too much - I still haven’t grasped it all! It doesn’t feel as smooth to drive as the last Juke and there’s a pull on the wheel that is there for safety but it makes parking in tight spaces difficult. The seats are the same as the old car in description, i.e. faux leather & heated, but with the heater on or not, these seats make you unpleasantly sweaty and that didn’t not happen with the older car. I don’t really like it and I will not have another.

It’s very slow to take off from a junction which can cause problems. When it does take off it wheel spins. I have to wait for huge gaps in traffic which causes build up behind me.
