Great family car (a few too many on the road though) really surprised at the performance of a 1.3l engine in such a big car. Boot is massive and loads of tech inside the car. Reversing camera is brilliant and the picture is so clear!

A little disappointed with this vehicle. I love the fact that it’s automatic but had a couple of issues when changing gear from drive to reverse where the car has stalled. The display in the car isn’t brilliant and think it could be more up to date but very simple. I’ve found the car handleing isn’t brilliant, if you’re trying to leave a junction quickly the car is prone to wheel spin. The various alerts built in are a really good extra however very sensitive. The alert of a car breaking comes on when you drive towards a sharp bend which is annoying.

It is a good car and roomy. There is enough tech for me as I am retired (60+) It is not as economical on short journeys but good on distance journeys. Not as comfortable in the rear if there is a child seat needed and two adults seated in the rear seat. Good sized boot. I would get another Nissan Qashqai.

The Qashqai is the most reliable vehicle I have ever driven, and it is a pleasure to drive. There is little to dislike about it, but I could wish for just a little more boot space. I was very disappointed when, about fifteen months ago I ordered the top of the range vehicle but it was discontinued in favour of a reduced spec model. In particular Nissan removed the heated windscreen and the blind spot warning indicators, both of which functions I consider safety features that no vehicle should be without. I hope that these features will have been restored in the latest model. I find the latest version of the navigation and sound systems too intricate and somewhat difficult to use, and they can only be safely operated when the vehicle is stationary. I will however continue to lease the Qashqai as my vehicle of choice, and look forward to the hybrid model next time round.

I find the temperature control cumbersome. It also takes long to heat up.

Persistent issues with the ABS cable. Apparently being chewed by rodents. Costing over £200 per repair. Manufacturer confirms this is due to the "sustainable" material (vegetable oil) on the wire.
