Delivery process good, but after sales care lacking - no response from customer resolutions team even now, several days later, despite a critical fault that prevented me from driving the car (it wouldn't start charging). Very much left to me to figure out and ended up having to pull fuses to get the car driveable. No help from anyone. - thank goodness for the Skoda owners forum!

Everything first class, only glitch was the car was delivered filthy though, as delivery driver took a route through a dirt track. He was extremely apologetic.

Only issue is the sudden mass drop of emails into your inbox. I had think 6 drop almost simultaneously, lots to cover and easy to miss something. Also the pdf to add your signature on wasn’t accessible on either phone or iPad, only on PC. This was a little frustrating

Although a reasonably big car, there is not a lot of space inside. In particular, the rearmost two seats are only suitable for small children. The technology feels a little dated compared to more modern cars but it is a '21 plate and so assume it is comparable with that. The engine pulls well and it feels comfortable to drive.

Speed warning that continually brings. Highly irritating, you can switch it off, but it does not save so you have to do it every single time you get in the car. If not, it bing, bings, bings. Also no warning light for low screen water, you are just out.

The amount of warnings. Its ridiculous bleeping every min. So for example i do 10mph pulling out of my drive up the hill I get 3 bleeps. Bleeps if I get a little too close to something. Ifs just excessive. I know its safety but you should be able to turn it off. Reversing loud noise when I get home late it wakes my neighbours up like a wagon reversing with a loud noise to alert people. I really dislike thsse features

Yes, the Nissan X-Trail is available with four-wheel drive. However, this only comes with the e-POWER powertrain. If you opt for the mild-hybrid petrol engine, four-wheel drive is not available. 

The e-Power system is brilliantly simple. A petrol engine charges the battery, which powers electric motors that drive the wheels. You never need to plug it in, just fill up with petrol as normal.
