Choosing my vehicles was easy and selecting the term length and initial payment was straightforward.

My sales advisor Sam Curzon was fantastic. From our initial call explaining the process to the delivery, everything went smoothly.

However, there were a few hiccups with the vehicle I chose.

Firstly, it was already assigned to someone else, causing a delay of about a week. This wasn’t resolved until I actually called to enquire.

Secondly, a second vehicle I was allocated had a recall, which further delayed delivery by about three days.

Apart from these issues, the process was generally smooth. I would suggest that a bit more communication could improve the experience.

The Peugeot 208 has not been a great driving experience. There are a number of things that make driving uncomfortable for the driver, and haven't been well thought out. The wheel isn't able to altered much so when driving in a comfortable position, the dash is obscured and you can't easily see the speed. You can't use the central cup holders for anything bigger than a small coffee cup otherwise it obstructs your gear changing. The seat doesn't offer enough manual changes to position. The dashboard nav is terrible. Buttons are too small on the touchscreen. It isn't intuitive at all when navigating. Overall, have been disappointed with the car and the driving experience.

It is a small car but didn’t expect legroom to be so tight in the back if front seats pushed back. Similarly there is little legroom in the front if a child seat is located behind.
