When I ordered the car I was told that it would be available at the end of February/beginning of March. However in February I started getting emails saying it didn’t have a build date yet. When I phoned to see when it was likely to come they said July. So when I originally ordered. They must have known that February was unrealistic. I then had to be sent stick car list and choose from that as I needed a car. Ended up spending more than I wanted as had to go for the higher spec as that was what was available.
You need to be more transparent of the availability of cars. I went with you as you were the only company that said you could get the car that I wanted. But this was obviously unrealistic.

I have been without the vehicle for a month due to a fault and there is no prospect of it being repaired as the parts are unavailable . This is a common problem and there are 30 + 3008 in the dealers waiting for repairs . Peugeot were very slow to provide a replacement hire car and I had to fund that myself for two weeks so I am out of pocket

I love how the car handles on the road, very smooth. I feel very safe driving it. The downside of the car is the driving assistance aids don’t work when its too cold. The sensors on the car are extremely sensitive, the fact you have turn the off on each trip rather than one off they are off. It would be a complete risk if a driver had forgotten to turn off the lane assist & then attempt to do it while driving. As for the lane assist, it is awful. It is so dangerous. The beeping on the parking, the car seems to panic for no reason. Beeping that there will be a collision while reversing when in reality you could park a bus in the space. And again you have to tirn it off each time. The seat belt feels like it wants to chop off my head. To ge able to adjust it within safety rules would help.

Paul Peugeot 3008 1.2 Hybrid 136 GT e-DSC6

I've owned several Peugeots over 40 yrs of driving , I always get drawn back to them. This one isn't as good imo as the 2018 version we leased. The coupe styling means for a big car the boot isn't as big as you'd imagine. My main bug bare is the electronics which is too clever for it's own good. The lane departure is a pain and awkward to disable. On a Ford it's one button The adaptive cruise control is truly awful , if you leave a gap and someone jumps in front it whacks the brakes on, I'd much prefer normal cruise. The car has been reliable but we have had several warnings or glichés or weird issues that have cropt up , then dissappear the next time you start the car.
