When I ordered the car I was told that it would be available at the end of February/beginning of March. However in February I started getting emails saying it didn’t have a build date yet. When I phoned to see when it was likely to come they said July. So when I originally ordered. They must have known that February was unrealistic. I then had to be sent stick car list and choose from that as I needed a car. Ended up spending more than I wanted as had to go for the higher spec as that was what was available.
You need to be more transparent of the availability of cars. I went with you as you were the only company that said you could get the car that I wanted. But this was obviously unrealistic.

Charles Renault Austral E-Tech FHEV Techno Esprit Alpine Auto (200 bhp)

Car is ok but not my original choice. Ordered a VW Tiguan, due to delivery being put back by VW I was going to be without a car for at lest 3 months. I only had 4 weeks until the car I had was due to be uplifted so I had to search to see what vehicles were in stock and available. The Austral is what was the best option at the time. The car is fine but for me too many small electrical niggles. The seat memory setting keeps turning itself off, quite often the doors don’t lock or unlock when walking away or towards the vehicle, a few times the key has to be put in the centre console to re-set it before the car will start. The google maps screen goes black, the car has to be turned off and back on for it to re-set. There’s random messages flash up on the dash then disappear for no reason. The boot space isn’t big considering the size of the car. The right hand side of the steering column is too cluttered with controls. It’s very easy to catch the wiper control when going to the gear lever and vice versa. The phone charger is a waste of time, my phone wont charge on it, some phones that do manage to charge take far too long and get very hot. Much easier and better to use a cable. It’s not really a bad car but would I have another, no.
