I appreciate the work put in by Nationwide - the issue I had at first was having my delivery date continuously pushed back, I understand it is at the hands of the dealership, but maybe Nationwide could push for some more realistic timeframes on popular vehicles. I would have been fine waiting the additional time, but I had been told end of the week for several weeks in a row which meant I could not plan or arrange alternative transport for work.

Car was delivered on time. Delivery guy was helpful but could not explain any of the features on the car. Also I realised the next morning when i took the car out for a drive that the front driver tyre was flat!! Transpires it’s a faulty valve on the car. So in the process of getting this looked at but not a very good first impression - i am not happy about that!

The Megane E Tech provides great performance, comfort and some decent practicality. The boot space is deep but quite narrow which can make loading wider things awkward. The battery provides plenty of range for our needs, we can fill the battery which provides around 220 miles real world driving for a cost of £4! using an overnight tarif. It has great google tech built in so we just ask Google to set the temp, turn on the heated steering wheel, play music, navigate etc, it works really well. It has wireless charging for smartphones amd USB sockets front and rear. Overall we love this car, driving is so smooth and quiet, refined and very quick in sport mode!

Traction is very poor especially in the wet, you have to be very careful. I wouldn’t have another fir that reason. Bordering on dangerous in my opinion
