Delivery process good, but after sales care lacking - no response from customer resolutions team even now, several days later, despite a critical fault that prevented me from driving the car (it wouldn't start charging). Very much left to me to figure out and ended up having to pull fuses to get the car driveable. No help from anyone. - thank goodness for the Skoda owners forum!

Everything first class, only glitch was the car was delivered filthy though, as delivery driver took a route through a dirt track. He was extremely apologetic.

Only issue is the sudden mass drop of emails into your inbox. I had think 6 drop almost simultaneously, lots to cover and easy to miss something. Also the pdf to add your signature on wasn’t accessible on either phone or iPad, only on PC. This was a little frustrating

Jeremy SEAT Ibiza 1.0 TSI 115 Xcellence Lux DSG MY25

The Ibiza is a fun and comfortable car to drive. It has mainly undertaken longer motorway journeys where I found it comfortable and economical. The DSG gearbox is very smooth coupled with the 1.0 115 TSI engine . This adds to the ease of driving along with the Adaptive cruise control The high specification of the Xcellence Lux mode means you have a high specification. Heated seats and a larger infotainment screen are the only elements I would change. I have had no reliability issues and the longer service interval does make it cheaper ownership wise. Locally I get 42mpg and a longer motorway run 49 to 50 mag. I use higher octane fuel as the higher mpg offsets cost and car does have a little more pep running on it.

Jack SEAT Ibiza 1.0 TSI 115 Xcellence Lux DSG MY25

I’ve had quite a few issues with the vehicle in its first year due to a faulty mechatronic unit, but now that it’s been replaced the car drives well. The fabric around the steering wheel is starting to show signs of wear after only a year, which is disappointment as this will likely be highlighted when I return the vehicle at the end of term.
