Customer Reviews of the Used Audi A3 Sportback

It’s a lovely car, runs well and I’ve had no issues with it so far! I’m very glad I decided to take a contract for it and can absolutely see myself doing it again after this 3 year lease it over.

Great car in general. It's a small/medium hatch so not loads of space but that's to be expected. I live on constant fear of hybrid gearbox failure after a different car with the same gearbox failed for a very minor reason and wrote the car off

Great car really like driving it

The car is brilliant, I don’t have a bad thing to say about it. It’s comfortable, drives well and fuel efficient.

Shortly after receiving vehicle fault appeared with child safety lock and had to be repaired (nearest main dealer is 40 miles away), have since had another child safety lock warning but after locking/unlocking car this disappeared. After 10 months the battery failed (bad cell) and car was unable to be started. RAC replacement battery cost £257.99 as this was a start/stop AGM battery. Main dealer servicing costs way too high. The car has had a metallic rattle since day 1 of my lease and have tried to locate it but unsuccessful. No licence options active so this means just to have the speed limit show costs money. If this feature (and other features) is available on the car you should not have to pay more money just to activate it. Greed comes at a cost, the once premium Audi brand is just a cash cow and more and more people are recognising this!

Endless warnings pop up on dashboard, failed engine ect and I’ve only had this car a year. I am already looking into paying the early termination fee but the customer service isn’t something I would recommend to anyone unfortunately.

Not enough boot space. Feels very cramped

I have leased cars for years, however this was the first time I have leased a used vehicle and as well as being cheaper as a new vehicle lease, the quality is the same.
