Once I paid the deposit to hold the vehicle, the advert was removed from the website. I could then no go back and compare other vehicles. I asked a very particular question about the car and was subsequently told the wrong answer by means of reply. Both issues resulted in me accepting a car I actually didnt want - i wanted the later model version. This was disappointing.
Time was also of the essence with compounded the above, as I desperately needed the vehicle. It would be great to have the opportunity to scale up and be offered a later model, if available.
