A used car service plan includes:
*A two-year plan includes one minor service, one major service and two MOT tests. A three-year plan includes one minor service, two major services and three MOT tests. A four-year plan includes two minor services, two major services and four MOT tests. Services are completed in line with Autoserve service levels and are subject to terms and conditions.
A used car service plan doesn't include:
**Any parts or fluid top-ups that aren't specified as covered will incur a cost. At point of service, the following consumables will be topped up:
Major Service: Oil and filter, air filter, fuel filter, brake fluid change and a vehicle health check. A vehicle health check includes checking lights, fluid levels and checking the brakes.
Minor Service: Oil and filter and a vehicle health check. A vehicle health check includes checking lights, fluid levels and checking the brakes.
Frequently asked questions regarding service plans
Prices for the service plan depend on the vehicle’s engine size and the contract length. Prices start from £27.77 including VAT a month for a four-year agreement for a vehicle with an engine size of two litres or below, rising to £44.27 including VAT a month for a two-year agreement for a vehicle with an engine size of above two litres.

You can book a service through Autoserve's online booking system.
Once on the booking system, you'll have to input your vehicle information, the work required, and your driver details, so make sure you've got all these to hand.
If you cancel your used car service plan within the first 12 months, you won't receive any money back, but no admin fees will apply to your cancellation.
If you cancel after 12 months, Autoserve will recover any negative balance accumulated in addition to an admin fee of £75.
If you request a different garage or dealer to service your car, Autoserve will make it possible if they can, but ultimately the decision lies with them.
If you go ahead and get your work done at a garage without Autoserve's authorisation, you won't be able to get a reimbursement.
Autoserve has 16,000 approved garages available, so there should be one in your area or to your liking.
There are several obligations that you need to consider as an Autoserve client, including:

They are available 24/7 and 365 days a year for your convenience.
You can either pay your service plan through a monthly direct debit or as a one-off bank transfer to Autoserve at the beginning of the contract.
For vehicles that require a service and/or MOT within the next nine months, you service plan may be back dated and an advanced payment may be required to ensure the account has enough funds to cover the cost of the service.
If your service finds something wrong with your car that isn't covered in the terms and conditions, you will have to pay the excess charge. This includes faults that occurred from negligence or misuse from the driver.
Any costs that fall outside the service plan will be provided to the driver before any work is completed, ensuring that the driver remains in control.
