Delivery process good, but after sales care lacking - no response from customer resolutions team even now, several days later, despite a critical fault that prevented me from driving the car (it wouldn't start charging). Very much left to me to figure out and ended up having to pull fuses to get the car driveable. No help from anyone. - thank goodness for the Skoda owners forum!

Everything first class, only glitch was the car was delivered filthy though, as delivery driver took a route through a dirt track. He was extremely apologetic.

Only issue is the sudden mass drop of emails into your inbox. I had think 6 drop almost simultaneously, lots to cover and easy to miss something. Also the pdf to add your signature on wasn’t accessible on either phone or iPad, only on PC. This was a little frustrating

Lisa Vauxhall Astra Hatchback 1.2 Turbo 130 Ultimate

On/Off button is very intermittent, sometimes I press it & the car starts straight away, sometimes it doesn't, this has happened since I've had it. I did call & log it & it went into garage, they said they put a new battery in - but still the same issue. Also, can't get to grips with the seat adjustment functions, my husband finds this function tricky too.
