I am extremely happy with the corsa I lease from Nationwide. Leasing offers me great value for money and trouble free motoring, which are the two most important factors for me when considering a new car. This is my second car with Nationwide and the service has always been really good.

When I first started the car the air vent made a rattling noise which lasted a few seconds. Over time this increased in volume and duration but was intermittent. I mentioned this when booking in for the first service and was told that if they looked at the vents and could find nothing wrong I would be charged as this would not be considered a warranty issue. For fear of incurring charges, I told them not to bother and I would put up with it When I dropped my car off for servicing the chap I spoke to listened to the recording i had taken of the noise and said that should not happen and it was still in warranty so they would look into it for free. Now I have the car back, the noise is worse than ever - it is louder and lasts most of my journeys of approx. 10 - 15 miles. It is driving me mad, I can't put up with this for another 3 years. I only got it back 2 days ago and was waiting to see if it would calm down. However, I am nervous that they will try and charge me or what will happen if they can't repair it. Plus I can't be without my car again as I have children and have to work. So not having a good experience at the moment.
