The car selected was due to be delivered in February and it was not until May that this was achieved. I recognise this delay was due to the manufacturer and I was regularly updated by Nationwide via email. It would heave been nicer if there had been a personal contact on occasions.

When my vehicle was delivered, the driver didn’t point out the damage that I found but knew of it. I feel if I hadn’t seen it, he would never have mentioned it. I contacted nationwide the first business day after delivery to explain about the damage and that it would need to be repaired. The lady told me to send it in an email to [email protected]
I am awaiting a response. This is the only thing that has put a dampener on my new car and I hope it can be fixed soon

The range in winter needs improving it does no were near the advertised range but every other aspect of the vehicle is excellent

Arthur Vauxhall Mokka-e 100kW Ultimate 50kWh Auto *Incl. Metallic Paint*

You can not stop the car from charging as there is no facility to do so in this car. The cill getting in and out of the car is very high and difficult for the infirm. The bonnet seams unusually high and difficult to judge distance. The lane assistance button is automatically activated on ignition and you have to hold it down for an excessive 5 seconds, whereas the other vehicles in the Vauxhall range you just press a button and is instantly deactivated.
