A good company, with well informed staff. My one issue with them is communication. It sometimes takes a very long time before the phone is answered, and then when it is answered and you ask for the person you are dealing with, you can rarely get through, so you leave a message to be called back, and they are very slow to do that. I have had occasions when I'm not called back at all, so I have to call them again, for the same result.

Our first electric car has proved excellent for drive capability, safety, running costs and space. The one big draw back is the uk charging infrastructure is still no where near widespread enough, not just for speed of charge but availablity. Long journeys ( over 250 miles ) are fraught with questions of range, charge and time.
