Economy is not as good as I had hoped for, the DSG gearbox and infotainment system are awful. The car is comfortable, big enough for 2 adults, 2 children and luggage, isn't too slow for the size of engine and handles acceptably for a small crossover.

Great car, the boot could be a bit bigger and it seems to need a lot of petrol. A heated front windscreen would make it perfect as it can take a long time to clear

Car is exactly what I need. Powerful enough for some motorway journeys but small enough engine to move around town. Comfortable, safe and has enough storage for what I need.

Usual VW quality. Enough room inside for four adults but possibly a bit too small for a busy family with teenagers. Boot room is a little bit small but ok for a two person weekly shop. The infotainment system is horrible, not as intuitive or smooth as it should be. The lane assist is dangerous and I turn it off every time I drive it. Engine is actually very good for a one litre three cylinder, and economical enough. I'd buy another if the infotainment system and lane assist were as good as Mercedes, or indeed, any other manufacturer. VW need to address these issues
