Yes bearing in mind that I had got a high value marque car I would have thought that NW should have explained to me how I get hold of the Mercedes Me app. I downloaded the app, but could not get the vehicle assigned to me on arrival & I understand I may have to go to a Mercedes dealer with a V5 to show I am the registered keeper with my car and Driving licence. I really felt it is an incredible lack of attention to detail when supplying anyone let alone a Managing Director with a car - if I had a blow out leaving Timberlink I would not have known and still do not know who are the LEX authorised tyre dealers. Action This day please to sort this and get me a V5 if that is really necessary!
