My overall experience has been marred by trying to deal with Ald Automotive who ignore their emails and are extremely difficult to contact by phone. If I had known that they were the finance company for the new lease I probably wouldn't have bothered. Owing to the differing experiences with various finance companies over the years I think this might be our last lease vehicle.

Having previously leased Mercedes GLA, I wanted to stay with a German manufacturer. The Volkswagen T-roc was an excellent compromise option.A decision which turned out to be a good one.

I love the vehicle, the only negatives I would say would be the turbo lag in low gears, have to put it into sport pulling away from roundabouts, and the fuel efficiency!
