Complete Care Terms and Conditions
Complete Care is available to drivers aged between 21-70 with no more than 2 “at fault” claims in the last 2 years and no more than 6 points on driving licence. The driver must not have been subject to a driving ban in the last 5 years and must have held a full UK/EU licence for at least one 1 year. Prices are based on the postcode of the customer. 72% of our customers would qualify for the advertised price however a confirmed rate will be sent in writing upon request.
In the event of an incident resulting in damage, loss or theft to the vehicle, the customer will be required to pay an excess known as a Customer Incident Charge (CIC) if they are found to be “at fault”. The CIC varies depending on the number of “at fault” incidents for the vehicle and is an escalating charge as follows:
- First incident is £250
- Second incident £350
- Third and subsequent incidents £750
If a repair is lower than the CIC, then the customer will only be charged for the loss, also known as a Customer Elected Payment (CEP).

- Allspace - which offers an additional two seats making it a seven-seater car, perfect for the larger family or for ferrying your children and their friends around.

According to information supplied by the manufacturer, the current delivery lead time for the Volkswagen Tiguan is 16/18 weeks. Some models in the range have a longer lead time with Match models taking around 22/24 weeks and R Line models taking up to 32/34 weeks.

Vehicles marked ‘In Stock’ are normally available for delivery within three to four weeks. Please note, we are unable to deliver a vehicle until the statutory cooling off period observed by the finance company (usually 14 working days) has expired and we are in receipt of your signed finance agreement, processing fee and a copy of your proof of insurance.

The Volkswagen Tiguan comes with front-wheel drive (FWD) as standard, however, Volkswagen's 4Motion all-wheel-drive system (also known as 4 Wheel Drive or 4WD) is available as an option. Please ensure 4Motion is stated in the vehicle description if you want the 4WD version.
The standard Volkswagen Tiguan is five-seat family SUV, however, a bigger, seven-seat version is available which is known as the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace.

The model year (MY) is used by the vehicle manufacturer to describe the version of a vehicle which has been produced over multiple years. The model year is sometimes the same as the calendar year in which the product was manufactured, however the model year can be up to 2 years different to the actual year.
Please note, the model year (MY) is unrelated to the vehicle registration plate year.
