I've used Nationwide for years and they have always been very good and reliable. This latest delivery was a problem with the driver failing to tell me that the car wouldnt arrive until after 7pm, resulting in me having to incur £60 taxi fare to get home from work - and then organise for the car to be rerouted to my home address. Nationwide went out of their way to assist. The driver was unapologetic for the inconvenience, expense or lateness.

Ilyas Volkswagen Tiguan 1.5 TSI eHybrid Elegance DSG MY25

Elegance model is very comfortable and the tech makes long drives very relaxing. The battery is large and actually gives close to 70 miles in summer. Petrol engine doesn’t sound very nice and accelerates slower than the electric motor or sport mode (both working together). Boot is good but not great if you have more than one kid (Tayron may be a better option for boot space). Nothing is value for money these days, but I’m definitely enjoying this car.
